Returns & Exchange policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit within 10 days of receiving your package.
Please kindly note it may take up to 7 business days to inspect and process your exchange once it has arrived at our returns facility.
If approved, an exchange of equal value or store credit will be processed immediately.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable & we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Carefully package your items in the original box including all packaging materials.
We only accept returns and exchanges for goods that are unused and new. If your return arrives to our offices damaged, then your return will be denied. For this reason, we highly suggest you insure your return with your chosen shipping carrier. You will be notified by email if there are any issues with the return.
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must arrive to our office new and have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
• Email us at Twinflamegemstonesshop@gmail.com with your order number and email address and let us know what items you would like to return.
• All requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
• If approved, you will receive shipping guidelines, otherwise we will contact you for more details.
• Ship packages in original packaging and insure your package with the shipping carrier.
• All returns requests must be received within 10 days of delivery date.
• Please kindly note will take up to 7 business days to inspect and process your return once it has arrived at our returns facility.
• Refunds are in store credit only.
• Exchanges can be negotiated by emailing our customer service.
ARE THERE ANY FEES FOR RETURNS?
Customer is responsible for the cost of insured shipping back the product to our Springdale, Washington location Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
